"My son was in a car accident and I spent the day yesterday making calls to plenty of different agencies. When I spoke to Jarod McGovern, he made this harrowing experience more tolerable. He spent as much time as we needed to hash through the intricacies of what needed to be done. We were on calls throughout the day and not once did he lose patience with me or give me an attitude like I was supposed to know what to do like many other organizations I had to deal with had done.
